200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

We know that there are countless yoga teacher training programs available. It’s important for you to find the one that is the very best fit for you.

We’re passionate about providing high quality instruction and graduating high quality teachers. These are some of the highlights of our program:

  • We hire only very experienced and highly trained instructors as faculty members.

  • We accept a maximum of 12 students in our 200 Hour Teacher Training program.

  • Our small faculty and small student-teacher ratio insure that every faculty member is familiar with every student and his or her goals.

  • We help our students deepen their personal practice to bring a greater depth of knowledge and experience to their teaching.

  • We provide 1×1 and group mentoring to our students throughout our 11 month program.

  • Regardless of the type of yoga you wish to teach, a strong understanding of anatomy is instrumental to becoming a good yoga teacher. We provide a solid foundation of instruction in anatomy.

  • Our training is influenced by our philosophy of Yoga for EveryBody. You’ll learn to think critically so that you can apply your knowledge to any style of yoga you wish to teach, from accessible yoga to power yoga.

  • A unique aspect of our training is our comprehensive module on the business side of yoga. You’ll learn how to find teaching jobs, get hired, and earn a fair rate doing work you love.

  • After graduation, you’ll be part of our Teacher Training Alumni community for ongoing discussion, networking, knowledge-sharing and support.

  • You'll receive a 10% discount on all Continuing Education courses.

We’d be happy to set up a meeting with you to discuss your goals and your interest in our program. Please email us to set up an appointment.

Due to our small class size, we encourage you to submit your application early to confirm your spot.
