Gentle
Gentle intensity class. A slower pace makes this class appropriate for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Hatha I
Improve your strength and flexibility in this beginner-friendly yoga class. Stress management and improved mental focus are added benefits of this class.

Hatha II
Improve your strength and flexibility while getting a stronger workout in this yoga class. Stress management and improved mental focus are added benefits of this class. Recommended for experienced yoga practitioners.

Moderate
Moderate intensity class appropriate for both beginners and experienced practitioners

Slow Flow
Improve your strength and flexibility in this flowing yoga class. Stress management and improved mental focus are added benefits of this class.

Strong
Strong intensity class for experienced practitioners. May include faster paced sequences and/or stronger postures.

Flow
Improve your strength and flexiblity while getting a stronger workout in this flowing yoga class. Stress management and improved mental focus are added benefits of this class. Recommended for experienced yoga practitioners.

Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis
This class is specially designed for people who are experiencing symptoms of neurological disease, including but not limited to Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Stroke, and Traumatic Brain Injury. This class is appropriate for people with mobility issues. We use gentle and restorative yoga poses to gently improve flexibility and strength, and relaxation practices to calm and soothe the nervous system. The poses are highly adaptable and can be performed sitting in a chair or on the floor, or standing, to meet the needs and preferences of each practitioner.
