Kelli began practicing yoga after college, and noticed that it helped her relax and stay in shape, despite long hours at a desk job. But the more she practiced, the more it began to affect every aspect of her life, by aligning her body, heart and mind, and bringing greater awareness to her actions, thoughts and choices.
Students in Kelli’s classes can expect to combine relaxation and breathwork with flowing movements and postures. Music is an important component of her classes, and she gives students the opportunity to challenge themselves, while encouraging them to listen to their bodies.
She is passionate about sharing yoga with new moms, and loves seeing her prenatal and postnatal students using yoga to bond with their babies, connect with their bodies and find relaxation and joy in their changing lives.
Kelli is a registered yoga teacher at the 200-hour level, and has completed an advanced vinyasa training with Seane Corn, who has strongly influenced her practice and teaching. She is also a CPA, and enjoys reading, running, and snuggling her toddlers.
