It got a great response and I received a few requests for a series of videos about yoga for different topics and activities. This week I bring you Yoga for Airplane Travel! You know how when you're on a long flight and you get tired and cranky and you just want the plane to land so you can walk and move and stretch out? This video is for that exact situation.
I'll show you a few yoga poses you can do inside the plane so you can feel flexible, happy, and fresh when you land at your destination.
