Yoga for Kids

Yoga has many benefits for children. The practice of yoga is made up several components: the physical yoga postures (āsanas), breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. These components are used in combination for a variety of benefits including:

  • stress management
  • improving focus and concentration
  • physical fitness in a non-competitive environment
  • improving confidence and self-image

Registration is limited, so please register early to secure your spot.
