Yoga for Kids
Yoga has many benefits for children. The practice of yoga is made up several components: the physical yoga postures (āsanas), breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. These components are used in combination for a variety of benefits including:
- stress management
- improving focus and concentration
- physical fitness in a non-competitive environment
- improving confidence and self-image
