Kerry began practicing yoga in 1995 as part of her dance training. She decided to become a yoga teacher to deepen her own practice, and also to learn more so she could effectively share yoga with others.

Kerry began teaching in January, 2018. Her teaching is calm and thoughtful. In her classes, Kerry aims to help students learn how to be present and to help them get what they need from their practice through mindfulness, breath, movement, and stillness.

Kerry enjoys teaching anyone that is seeking benefit from yoga, be it physical, mental, or emotional. She feels inspired when she sees that a student’s yoga practice creating positive change in their life.
