We’re excited to announce the re-launch of our 200 hour yoga teacher training program, which will begin in April 2020. Our program is based on yoga in the Krishnamacharya tradition, as learned by Zelinda during her studies at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India.

The Krishnamacharya tradition is rooted in ancient yogic texts and considers yoga to be a mind-body practice where āsana (yoga postures) are used as first step in learning to focus and calm the mind.

In the greater Western yoga community, we are currently experiencing a wonderful shift toward making yoga accessible to every body. In this regard, Krishnamacharya Sir was ahead of his time. A guiding principle of this tradition is that the yoga practice should be customized to suit the practitioner. As such, in our program you’ll learn how to teach yoga in an inclusive and accessible way so that every student will feel welcome and capable in your classes.
