This week we've added a new video to our YouTube channel! And in case you didn't know, YouTube is free! You can access our videos anytime so you can practice at home on days you can't make it to the studio.
Our newest video is appropriate for people who have some experience with yoga and who are generally in good health. And although it's designed for people with bigger bodies, it's actually a great practice for EveryBody.
