Join Zelinda for a weekend of Yoga & Ayurveda to improve your health and well-being! Ayurveda is a system of health and healing that originated in India thousands of years ago. In this 10 hour program, you’ll learn about Ayurveda’s powerful 3 Pillars of Health and how to integrate them into your daily routine. You’ll also learn about your individual Ayurvedic constitution (dosha) and what you should and shouldn’t eat to optimize your health (it’s probably not what you’d expect!). You’ll wrap up the weekend motivated and equipped to put your new healthy habits into practice.

All levels are welcome; no prior experience is necessary. Please bring your yoga mat, a notebook or other method of taking notes, and an open heart and mind. Space is limited to 12 participants. Please register early to secure your spot. ($125)
