Can Yoga Help Your Back Pain?

Did you know that back pain is one of the most common medical problems, affecting 8 out of 10 people at some point in their lives? When you experience back pain, it can affect the quality of your daily life, limiting your ability to be active, to sleep well, or even to go to work. For many, it can affect mental health as well, leading to anxiety or depression. 

The good news is, you can take measures to prevent or relieve most back pain, and yoga can help! It's important to know, however, that there's not one magical kind of yoga that can help all the different kinds of back pain.
