A couple of weeks ago when I sent you Yoga for the Feet, I had some requests for a Yoga for the Hands video, so here you go! This video is great for minimizing pain due to arthritis, carpel tunnel syndrome, too much typing, or other repetitive gripping movements. It's also a great stress buster that you can do virtually anywhere, sitting on the floor or on a chair.

Also, this is the first video where I'm speaking to the camera, rather than doing voice-over, so I'd love to have your feedback on that! This audio quality is not the best, but I'm working on it and hope to have a better solution soon.
