During this 4 week online series, you'll learn several approaches to meditation so that you can find the one that feels right for you. You'll also learn how to establish your personal meditation practice, how to overcome any challenges you may encounter, and how to set realistic goals for a successful experience.

Senior Teacher Angela Richter-Gronross will be leading this virtual series on Tuesdays from noon - 1:00 Central time, from January 5th through January 26th. Classes are held via the online platform Zoom.
