HAYLEY

Hayley started her yoga practice during her first year in college. Having never really enjoyed athletic endeavors, she was drawn to the movement, alignment, and strength she felt from yoga. From then on, yoga became an anchor for her mental and physical health. She went to every class she could, enjoying the intense power flow classes and savoring the restorative classes.

After college, she worked as a graphic designer in the advertising industry. Her practice became less regular and more self-led, but she jumped at every chance she got to attend a class here and there. While pregnant with her son, she started attending prenatal classes weekly, and credits yoga for helping her prepare physically and mentally for motherhood. With a toddler in tow, she made the decision to change careers and attend the 2020 Round Rock Yoga Teacher Training program to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) at the 200-hour level through the Yoga Alliance.

Hayley's classes provide opportunities to explore movement through flowing asanas, strength and relaxation through longer holds, and calmness through breathwork and guided meditation.
