YOGA FOR Multiple sclerosis
We offer a weekly Yoga for MS class on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. Whether you walk independently, use a walker, a wheel chair, or a scooter, you can practice yoga! We customize traditional yoga postures and find creative ways to work on flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, all designed to help manage the symptoms of MS.
