2017 Class Schedule!

It's December and we've got lots of news!

2017 Class Schedule
Our 2017 Class Schedule is ready! In honor of the New Year, we'll be starting fresh with a brand new schedule organized for consistency.

This is how it's organized... The same teacher will teach the same class type at the same time on MWF’s and TT’s. So for example, Lk will be teaching Gentle at 8:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This consistency will make it easy for you to remember when your favorite classes are offered and it will make it easier for you to develop more consistency in your practice if you so desire.

Another change you'll notice is that we've taken the Therapeutics, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Relaxation classes off the schedule. But don't worry! The content of those classes will be available within our Workshop offerings. And taking those classes out of the weekly Class Schedule means we'll have more room for our asana-based classes: Gentle, Hatha I, Hatha II, Slow Flow, and Flow.

December BOGO
During the month of December, receive a free $10 Gift Certificate with every 10 Class Pass you purchase! You're welcome to stock up on as many 10 Class Passes as you'd like - they don't expire and they make great gifts (for yourself, friends, or family!).

You can purchase your 10 Class Pass(es) in the studio or online. If you purchase online, your gift certificate will be waiting for you next time you visit the studio.

Beginners Series (6 sessions)
If you want to start your yoga practice in 2017, sign up for a Beginners Series! You'll learn over 30 yoga poses and how to make them work for your unique body. These series tend to fill up fast, so if you want to get started in January please sign up soon!

  • Series A: Jan 8, Sun, 6:45 p.m.
  • Series B: Jan 9, Mon & Wed, 7:30 p.m.
  • Sereis C: Jan 17, Tue & Thur 7:30 p.m.
  • Series D: Jan 22, Sun, 10:30 a.m.

Therapeutics Series (4 weeks)
Regular yoga classes are great for people who are relatively healthy and strong. But if you're currently dealing with an issue (or issues) in your body, you might get more benefit from a Therapeutics Series. Click on that link now to reserve your spot!

Food Drive
You can help people within our Round Rock community put food on their table this holiday season. During the month of December, we're hosting a Food Drive benefitting the Round Rock Serving Center. Click here for a list of needed items. You can drop your donations in the Food Drive box at the studio. We'll deliver the donations to the Serving Center on December 20.
