3/9/12 Tammy's Meditation Practice

It sounds like such a peaceful and wonderful thing - meditation. I have tried it occasionally, but not with any plan to do it regularly. But the more I hear about it in yoga classes, the more I want to make an effort. On Wednesday, Angela had us do a walking meditation. What a concept to just focus on putting one foot in front of the other. It helped me to think of meditating in a very different way. I'd like to do that again!
