Relaxation, Mindfulness, and More!

This week we’re excited to announce that we’re adding new classes to our weekly online schedule!

Starting on Labor Day, we’re adding Relaxation with Jan on Monday evenings, and we’re switching Angela’s Thursday evening class to Mindfulness. And since Angela’s Thursday Moderate class is going away, we’re replacing it with a Moderate class with Lk on Wednesday evenings.

Here’s our current schedule that goes into effect on Monday, September 7th:
